What goes in
Website findings, screenshots, prospect context, the sender’s services, and writing samples. The aim is to give the model concrete evidence and a clear description of what the sender actually offers.
What comes back
A research summary and outreach draft, or a suggested reply or call brief for the next conversation. Verified observations, inferences, and missing information are kept distinct.
What a reviewer checks
Compare the findings with the original pages. Check that the draft does not invent a website problem, misstate the offer, or turn missing information into certainty. Adjust wording to match the sender’s voice.
What we are improving
We are working on making it easier for other teams to set up their own business context and assess research and drafts before approving outreach. Our evaluation priorities include evidence accuracy, writing style, and cost per prospect reviewed.
A draft you can trace back
The sample draft refers to the prospect’s inquiry form and the sender’s project-brief service. A reviewer can trace that opening to the saved observation and decide whether the suggested service is relevant. The sample on our homepage is fictional and sends no email.
Common questions
Who approves new cold outreach?
A person reviews the draft and approves it before the outreach begins.
What if the evidence is not enough?
Keep the uncertainty visible, revisit the source, and avoid an outreach claim that the findings do not support.
